Review the scope of your Shopify development project before placing your order.
Your package and project scope
Your selected package lists the development services, product setup limit and included features. Review these details and the displayed package price before payment. Your brief records your preferences and requirements; requests outside the selected package need a separate agreement with Zevitech.
10% upfront, 90% after delivery
Pay 10% upfront to start your project. The remaining 90% is due after delivery. This applies to every Shopify development package. The remaining balance is payable after delivery and is not charged at this checkout.
Your reference is a starting direction
Store previews, reference designs, uploaded assets and colour choices communicate your preferred direction. The preview is not the finished store. Every design reference is available with every package. Packages differ in setup allowances, customization, features and service scope. Review the displayed price and scope before confirming a package change. Zevitech develops the final store around your brand, agreed brief and selected scope. Features visible in a reference are not automatically included in every package.
Third-party costs
Shopify subscriptions, paid themes, third-party apps and other external fees are separate unless explicitly included in the selected package or agreed in writing. Domain purchasing and registration remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your content and project plan
The build depends on the required content, product information and assets being supplied. Project timing depends on scope, integrations and content readiness. Zevitech confirms the brief and project timeline after reviewing your requirements.
Non-refundable policy
Zevitech - Non-Refundable Policy At Zevitech, we are committed to delivering quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, to maintain fairness and operational efficiency, we operate under the following Non-Refundable Policy: Non-Refundable Services All payments made for our services are non-refundable once the project has commenced. This applies regardless of the stage of completion, as resources, time, and expertise are allocated from the moment a client is onboarded. Client Responsibilities Certain project requirements, such as purchasing and registering a domain name, are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the client fails to fulfill these responsibilities in a timely manner, Zevitech is not liable for delays or disruptions in the project. The inability to proceed with the project due to pending client actions (e.g., domain purchase) does not qualify for a refund. Quality Concerns We encourage clients to share feedback during the development process so adjustments can be made promptly. Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after work has been initiated or delivered does not warrant a refund. Sales-focused development
Zevitech designs to make shopping clearer and easier. Sales also depend on products, pricing, traffic and fulfilment. A specific revenue or conversion result is not guaranteed.
